At the heart of our operation, we are not just growing crops—we are revolutionizing Africa’s agricultural landscape and industrializing one of its most undervalued assets: its soil. Our business model spans 10,000 hectares of land, with 5,000 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of cassava, employing cutting-edge technologies like mechanization and drone monitoring for precision farming and optimal yield. Three State-of-the-Art Processing Lines: We have invested in advanced processing infrastructure to produce high-quality, value-added products that meet global demand. Our processing lines focus on:

High-Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF)

Catering primarily to the food industry, this flour is a gluten-free alternative with widespread applications in baking and food products.

Food-Grade Cassava Starch

Used in bakery products, paper, and textiles, this starch is a versatile industrial ingredient with growing demand.

Sorbitol Syrup (70% purity)

A pharma-grade sweetener with multiple applications in the production of diabetic-friendly products, toothpaste, cough syrups, and cosmetics. As an alternative to sugar, sorbitol is crucial for creating healthier alternatives to traditional sweeteners.

Cassava-to-Sorbitol Revolution

Nigeria produces 62.7M tonnes of cassava annually (21% of global output) — we transform it into 30,000 MT pharma-grade sorbitol for a $3.5B global market by 2028. Africa imports over 95% of sorbitol needs; Nigeria alone imports $100M+ annually.

CULTIVATION

24,000 Ha Improved Varieties

150,000 tonnes fresh cassava feedstock annually. Mechanized, sustainable farming in Ondo State (hub of cassava cultivation). 330 operating days/year. Integrated with outgrower schemes.

PROCESSING

30,000 MT/Annum Sorbitol Syrup

Fully integrated: cassava → starch → sorbitol. Critical input for pharmaceuticals (stabilizer/sweetener), oral care (toothpaste), food & beverage (sugar-free), cosmetics. Selling price: $500/MT. Annual revenue: $15M. EBITDA: 22–25%.
