General Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions:
– “Event” refers to the AGRISUMMEX NAIJA FOODS AND DRINKS FIESTA 2025.
– “Organizer” refers to Solomon’s Porch Nigeria in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security.
– “Participant” refers to Attendees, Exhibitors, Vendors, and Sponsors.
– “Venue” refers to Cricket Pitch, Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos Island venue where the Event will take place.
2. Acceptance:
– By participating in the Event, Participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Participant Terms and Conditions
1. Registration:
– Participants must register online or on-site.
– Registration to attend is FREE.
2. Admission:
– Participants must wear official Event badges at all times.
– Admission is restricted to registered Participants.
3. Conduct:
– Participants must behave respectfully and professionally.
– No solicitation, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
4. Intellectual Property:
– Participants grant the Organizer permission to use their image, voice, and likeness.
Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
1. Booth Allocation:
– Booths will be allocated by the Organizer.
– Exhibitors must occupy their allocated booth.
2. Setup and Tear-down:
– Exhibitors must set up and tear down their booths within designated times.
3. Exhibitor Materials:
– Exhibitors are responsible for their materials and equipment.
4. Insurance:
– Exhibitors must have liability insurance covering their booth and activities for the period of the AGRISUMMEX 2025.
Vendor Terms and Conditions
1. Product Sales:
– Vendors must only sell approved products.
– Vendors are responsible for product quality and safety.
2. Sales Tax:
– Vendors must comply with Nigerian sales tax regulations.
3. Payment Terms:
– Vendors must pay all fees and charges on time.
Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods:
– Online payment via (Paystack)
– Pre- Event payment via (Event Bankers)
2. Refunds:
– No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
1. Event Cancellation:
– The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event.
2. Participant Cancellation:
– Participants must notify the Organizer in writing of cancellation.
Liability and Indemnity
1. Liability:
– The Organizer is not liable for damages or losses.

– Participants indemnify the Organizer against claims and damages.
Governing Law
1. Jurisdiction:
– These Terms and Conditions are governed by Nigerian laws.
2. Dispute Resolution:
– Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
Miscellaneous
1. Amendments:
– The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
2. Force Majeure:
– The Organizer is not liable for unforeseen circumstances.
